Izmir Meatballs

• 400g minced meat
• 1 onion
• 2 potatoes
• 2 green peppers
• 1 tablespoon tomato paste

Method

1. 1

   Knead and roll the meatball mixture.

   Slice the potatoes and peppers.

3. 3

   Place them on a tray and drizzle with tomato paste.

   Bake in the oven at 190°C for 40 minutes.
